A must-have service for professionals and homeowners. The ability to test designs and move beyond basic floor plans is a great, time-efficient way to gain confidence in your decisions. Interior Design
We offer one-on-one in-home consultations or over the phone. Generally, one hour will be spent touring your home while discussing what works for you, what is not, and your vision for the space. We will listen to your goals, ideas, and concerns and review any design challenges. Check out my process here.
Following your Design Consultation, we can develop a detailed conceptual plan for your project based on the ideas discussed during your meeting with the designer. Depending on your project, this may consist of suggestions for; structural improvements, floor plans with furniture layouts, custom color schemes, proper size, scale, and style furnishings, lighting plans, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry, and accessories, including art, bedding, rugs, and decorative accents. The exact plan can include sketches, photographs, and material samples for your approval. We will consist of cost estimates to help you in your final decision-making.
Resourcing: We have a wide range of resources who sell to the trade only, allowing us to offer you excellent pricing on custom furnishings. Our vendors constantly add new styles to their lines to enable us to design custom pieces you will not find in any retail store. We also partner with retailers such as Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Crate&Barrel, & more, who offer trade discounts we can pass on to our clients.

How much do you charge for renders?
We offer competitive quotes. Please submit a simple set of drawings or sketches of your project, and we will gladly provide you with an estimate.
Invoicing is typically sent out electronically via email once a design set has been completed.
We accept payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
What is the render delivery time?
If we have all the required information, we can finish a rendering of one room in two to three days. More significant rendering projects take 1-2 weeks.
What information should I send for Design Services?

Mood boards. All pictures are helpful – you can even send me your Pinterest board(s). If you don’t have any images or ideas, don’t worry, we can help you decide what style/colors/material/products you need for your project. We offer an initial consultation to help you make these critical decisions before starting.

Sketches. Send us your sketches, too - but if you don’t have any/can’t draw, you can order with us.

Once the building contract is signed, we can build and crate items within 2-3 weeks. More oversized items are estimated to take roughly 4-6 weeks to completion.
